I just wanted to say thanks to Shoosh and Chef Megan for the demo last night @ HCRC! What a treat! Having been on the 'chemo-diet' recently, I appreciate the Peeled Salad more than you'll ever know. I learned so much about veggies, importance of our local Farmer's Markets and I am invigoragted about cooking once again! Soup was reinvented for me and I am going shopping today to enhance this new dynamic of cooking, eating and being WELL in 2010! Thanks again! Heartfully, Amanda Hitt
